Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer (Arabic Speaking) to oversee and supervise our metal project sites. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in metal industry operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and clients
• Monitor project progress, schedule, and manpower distribution
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and safety regulations
• Prepare daily site reports and submit updates to the project manager
• Identify site issues, propose solutions, and support troubleshooting
• Check materials, measurements, and installation quality
• Ensure proper execution of metal works such as fabrication, installation, cladding, and finishing

Requirements

• Arabic speaking is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in the metal steel fabrication industry
• Strong understanding of shop drawings, installation methods, and site coordination
• Good knowledge of safety standards and site procedures
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and reporting skills
