Site Engineer

Job Title: Site Supervisor – Civil

Location: Palghar, Maharashtra

Experience Required: 4 to 6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities at site

Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams

Monitor material quality, usage, and site inventory

Ensure adherence to safety norms and quality standards

Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate with project engineers

Resolve site-related technical and execution issues

Candidate Requirements:

Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering

4–6 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in civil projects

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution

Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs

Good leadership and coordination skills

Willingness to work at Palghar project sites
