About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilledSite Engineerto join our team. The successful candidate will oversee on-site operations, ensure project quality and safety, and coordinate between various teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
• Assist in the preparation and review of project designs, drawings, and technical documents
• Set out, level, and survey the site as required
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Monitor project progress and prepare site reports, schedules, and documentation
• Resolve technical issues and liaise with the project manager and consultants
• Oversee material and equipment deliveries; ensure proper materials are used
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to project timelines
• Support cost control and resource planning activities

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
