Khalid Ali Al Kharafi & Brothers Contracting is seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team in Kuwait. We are committed to delivering high-quality construction projects while maintaining strict safety and efficiency standards.

Job Description:

The Site Engineer will oversee daily site operations, ensuring construction activities are executed according to project plans, schedules, and quality standards. The role requires close coordination with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments
• Monitor progress, manage resources, and solve on-site challenges
• Review and implement construction plans and technical drawings
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Construction Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Kuwait as a Site Engineer
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management, and safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ready to join immediately or with a short notice period
