Position: Site Engineer

Exp: 3- 5 yrs

Salary: 25k – 35k

JOB LOCATION: locations : Karjat / Lonavala / Pune / Satara

Required Skills: Sound knowledge of Engineering Construction, and manpower management. Leadership and Organization skill with effective communication. Look for candidate worked on: HR, LGSF, Prefab Construction, Villas and pods, Resorts, High Residential and Commercial Building, Malls, Bangalow’s

Roles and Responsibility: Managing the construction site, ensuring safety and adherence to regulations Reading and interpreting technical drawings, Engineering Plant and blueprints

Managing and supervising contractors and workers on site Scheduling and overseeing material deliveries and equipment use

Ensuring that work is completed to the required quality standards Managing budgets and timelines for projects Evaluating topography, soil conditions, drainage, and environmental considerations for successful design implementation

Planning and managing essential infrastructure components such as water supply, sewage,stormwater drainage, and utility networks.

Reporting to the Project Manager regarding the site progress and achieving project details from the Manager.

Gathering data, compiling reports and maintaining documents of project sites.

DPR updating

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
