Site Engineer

We are seeking a multi-skilled Site Engineer with a strong background in construction and technical services. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, lead on-site operations, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, within approved timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day construction and technical service operations at project sites
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project plans
• Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, suppliers, and site labor to maintain smooth workflow
• Supervise and monitor civil works, renovation activities, and technical services including plumbing, electrical, MEP, carpentry, and painting
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions
• Manage site materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper usage and inventory control
• Support project planning, scheduling, manpower deployment, and work sequencing
• Identify technical challenges and provide engineering solutions to ensure timely progress
• Ensure strict adherence to UAE safety regulations, company standards, and project requirements
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones effectively to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in construction, renovation, or technical services (UAE experience is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of civil works and technical services, including plumbing, electrical, MEP, carpentry, and painting
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant engineering or project management software
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities efficiently
• Good knowledge of UAE safety standards and construction regulations
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
