Job Vacancy: Site Engineer (Valid Qatar Driving License Required)

Job Summary

Al Mutla Trading & Contracting is seeking a proactive and experienced Site Engineer to manage and supervise on-site activities across villas, steel structures, outdoor works, and finishing projects. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Qatar driving license and be capable of coordinating site execution, manpower, materials, and quality to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, workshop, and procurement teams.
• Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and daily work planning.
• Conduct site measurements, inspections, and quality checks.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures on site.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Coordinate material delivery and site logistics.
• Handle technical issues and provide solutions during execution.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and inspectors when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years site engineering experience in Qatar.
• Experience in villas, steel structures, outdoor works, and finishing is an advantage.
• Ability to read drawings and manage site execution independently.
• Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
• Strong communication and coordination skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
