Site Engineer

We are seeking a multi-skilled Site Engineer with a strong background in construction and technical services. The ideal candidate will handle multiple projects, supervise site operations, and ensure all work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site activities for construction and technical services
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and approved plans
• Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, suppliers, and site teams
• Monitor progress of civil works, renovations, and services such as plumbing, electrical, MEP, carpentry, and painting
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and resolve site issues
• Manage site materials, tools, and equipment efficiently
• Support project planning, manpower allocation, and work sequencing
• Identify technical issues and provide timely engineering solutions
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company standards
• Communicate project status and challenges to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in construction or technical services (UAE experience preferred)
• Good knowledge of civil works, renovation projects, and technical services (MEP, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting)
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic project management tools
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Knowledge of UAE construction and safety regulations
