Job Description

The Nirmana Constructions is looking for a proactive and experienced Site Engineer to manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of work
• Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams
• Monitor material usage and site requirements
• Maintain site records, reports, and daily progress updates
• Ensure quality control and safety compliance at site
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues
• Coordinate with project managers and senior engineers

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and reporting

• Experience in residential and commercial building projects
• Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under site conditions and deadlines
