Site Engineer

We are looking for a Site Engineer with minimum 3 years of UAE experience in handling construction projects, including EPC camp projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of site execution, coordination, and quality control. ADNOC project experience will be highly valued. A Civil Engineering degree or diploma is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor quality, safety, and progress of construction works.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, material requirements, and site documentation.
• Assist in inspection requests (IRs), method statements, and as-built drawings preparation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations and client/ADNOC standards.
• Support problem-solving and technical clarifications on site.

Mandatory Requirements

• 3+ years of UAE site engineering experience – Mandatory
• Proven experience in construction projects and EPC camp projects
• Strong understanding of site execution, quality control, and coordination
• Civil Engineering degree or diploma – Preferred
• Familiarity with ADNOC project standards is highly advantageous
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site reporting tools
• Good communication and team coordination skills

Preferred

• Experience in EPC turnkey projects
• Knowledge of UAE codes, authorities, and project workflows
• Ability to work independently and manage site priorities
