Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Mechanical/Civil) to oversee and manage on-site activities and ensure project completion in line with technical specifications, time schedules, and safety standards. The ideal candidate should possess practical site execution experience, sound technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with various teams for smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:1. Project Execution & Supervision:

• Monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.

2. Technical Support:

• Interpret engineering drawings and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Provide technical guidance to the workforce and subcontractors.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain quality control standards.

3. Planning & Coordination:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning project stages and assessing site feasibility.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project progress.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

4. Material Management:

• Manage and control site materials and equipment.
• Raise material requests and ensure timely availability of construction materials.

5. Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Identify potential hazards and take preventive actions.
• Maintain documentation for audits and inspections.

6. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain daily work logs, quality inspection reports, and attendance records.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and close-out documentation.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Software Skills: MS Office, AutoCAD (for Civil/Structural layouts), project tracking tools.
• Location Flexibility: Willingness to work at project sites or relocate if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
