Job Title: Site Engineer

Location: Kachchh, Gujarat

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to oversee road construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. You will supervise on-site activities, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise road construction works: earthworks, paving, drainage, and road structures.

· Ensure work is done according to approved drawings and specifications.

· Conduct quality inspections and material testing.

· Maintain site records, progress reports, and daily diaries.

· Coordinate with clients, contractors, and procurement teams.

· Monitor project timelines and budgets, addressing delays or cost issues.

· Develop construction project budget estimates.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Highway Engineering.

· Experience in road or highway construction projects.

· Knowledge of pavement, asphalt, and concrete works.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar software.

· Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Working Conditions:

· Full-time, on-site presence required.

· Exposure to outdoor environments, heavy machinery, and construction hazards.

· Travel between multiple road project sites as needed.

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
