Site Engineer

For a Leading Contracting Company Specialized in Design & Fit-Out

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Site Engineer to join our team for ongoing commercial and residential fit-out projects in Qatar.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Qatar.
• Proven experience in interior fit-out and finishing works.
• Strong knowledge of site supervision, quality control, and project coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings (architectural, MEP, and joinery).
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and site procedures.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.
• Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are maintained.
• Follow up on material deliveries and site logistics.
• Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues.
