Site Engineer

NEAS is seeking a results-driven Site Engineer to manage on-site execution of environmental and contracting projects. The role requires strong coordination skills, technical supervision capability, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities
• Ensure execution according to drawings, specifications, and project plans
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
• Monitor project progress and report to Project Manager
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC and QHSE requirements
• Review and validate material deliveries
• Prepare daily, weekly, and progress reports
• Assist in project planning and scheduling
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities
• Control resource utilization on site

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Environmental Engineering
• 3–5 years site experience in UAE contracting projects
• Strong knowledge of site coordination and execution
• Experience in environmental or infrastructure projects preferred
• Good reporting and communication skills
