Xoto is redefining modern living by integrating real estate, mortgages, and interior solutions into one seamless ecosystem. As we expand our Interiors Division in Dubai, we are looking for execution-focused Site Engineers who can take end-to-end ownership of interior fit-out projects on-site.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Outs to manage residential and commercial interior projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of independently supervising complete site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage interior fit-out projects at site
• Supervise carpenters, plumbers, electricians, painters, and other trades
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings and design specifications
• Manage material planning, usage, and stock at site
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges proactively
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, designers, and internal teams
• Maintain site safety and compliance standards
• Provide regular project updates to reporting manager

Requirements

• Proven experience in interior fit-outs and modular works
• Ability to independently handle site supervision
• Hands-on experience in residential or commercial interior projects
• Basic understanding of drawings, measurements, and BOQs
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Flexibility to work as per site schedules and deadlines

Preferred Qualification

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
• 2–5+ years of relevant experience in Interior Fit-Out Projects
• GCC / UAE experience preferred
