Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, executing, and managing electrical site works, ensuring compliance with DEWA regulations and project standards.

The candidate must have minimum 3 years of UAE experience and valid DEWA approval. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage labor teams effectively are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage electrical installation works on site, ensuring efficiency and high-quality execution.

Lead and coordinate site labor teams, ensuring timely completion of tasks and work progress monitoring.

Prepare detailed daily work reports/worksheets outlining tasks completed, progress made, and issues encountered.

Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, and DEWA regulations.

Prepare and submit DEWA drawings, load schedules, and obtain approvals for electrical connections.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and DEWA engineers to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage on site.

Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and support problem-solving on implementation challenges.

Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are maintained.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering

Minimum 3 years UAE experience as Electrical Site Engineer

Valid DEWA approval is mandatory; all documents must be completed and valid

Strong knowledge of Dubai electrical codes and DEWA submission procedures

Ability to read, interpret, and work from technical drawings

Strong communication skills in English and Urdu (Arabic is an advantage)

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical design software

Ability to lead and manage site labor teams efficiently

Preferred / Advantage

Experience in MEP contracting companies in Dubai

Valid UAE Driving License (plus point)
