About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Site Engineer with strong interior fit‑out experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee day‑to‑day site operations, ensure high‑quality execution, and coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. This role requires excellent technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on‑site interior fit‑out activities.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project plans to ensure accurate execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain workflow and resolve site issues.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet project standards and client expectations.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Support the project manager in delivering the project within the agreed timeline and budget.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience in interior fit‑out projects (commercial, residential, hospitality, or retail).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem‑solving and site coordination skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards.
