Job Description

We looking for a motivated Site Engineer to supervise and manage daily construction activities on site and ensure projects are completed according to specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and workforce
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress and prepare site reports
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Resolve site issues and maintain smooth workflow

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in construction or site supervision
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• UAE experience preferred

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
