Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Fresher Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for Diploma or Bachelor’s degree holders in Engineering who are eager to start their career and grow in a professional environment. Candidates with basic experience in their home country will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in site operations and engineering activities
• Support senior engineers in project execution and supervision
• Coordinate with site teams for daily work progress
• Prepare basic reports, documentation, and site updates
• Ensure work is carried out as per safety and quality standards
• Attend site inspections and client coordination when required
• Monitor equipment and materials usage at site

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/related field)
• Fresher candidates are welcome to apply
• Minimum basic experience in home country is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of engineering principles and site work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and work on-site
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Understanding of safety procedures
• Site coordination and reporting skills
