Job Summary:

Capital Engineering Services (Pvt) Limited is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage on-site construction activities and ensure projects are executed according to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution
• Interpret drawings and ensure work is carried out as per design
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams
• Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling on-site
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Resolve technical issues at the site level

Qualification & Experience:

• DAE/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PEC Registered preferred)
• 2–5 years of relevant site experience
• Fresh candidates with strong internship experience may also apply

Skills Required:

• Strong technical and practical knowledge of construction
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving and time management
• Proficiency in MS Office (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus)
