Site Engineer

We are looking for a Site Engineer responsible for managing project execution on-site, coordinating between designers, clients, and installation teams to ensure smooth, timely, and quality delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise site activities from start to completion
• Coordinate with designers for drawings, modifications, and technical clarifications
• Communicate with clients for site requirements, updates, and approvals
• Supervise installers and ensure proper execution as per design and standards
• Track project progress, timelines, and site productivity
• Resolve on-site technical issues and provide quick solutions
• Ensure materials, manpower, and tools are properly managed on site
• Maintain daily site reports and update project status to management
• Ensure quality control and safety compliance at all times

Requirements

• 2–5 years of UAE site/project experience
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience working with installation/fabrication teams preferred
• UAE driving license is an advantage
