Site Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer with a Civil Engineering background to oversee marble, granite, and stone installation activities at project sites across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site supervision, coordination with contractors, quality control, measurements, and ensuring timely project execution in compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise marble, granite, stone cladding, flooring, wall fixing, countertops, and related installation works at site.
• Review approved shop drawings, construction drawings, and specifications before execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project progress.
• Conduct site inspections, measurements, and material quantity verification.
• Ensure installation works are executed as per approved method statements, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Monitor daily site activities and manpower productivity.
• Prepare site progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and coordinate with factory/production teams regarding material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company HSE policies.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Verify dimensions before fabrication and installation to avoid material wastage and rework.
• Manage snagging and handover processes to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in marble, granite, stone, or interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of marble/granite fixing methods, stone cladding, flooring, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret construction and shop drawings.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and site procedures.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
