Site Engineer

Dunes is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our team for our ongoing projects located in Sheikh Zayed City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Direct, monitor, and manage daily site labor and subcontractors to ensure progress aligns with the project schedule.
• Execution & Quality Control: Oversee structural (concrete) and finishing works, ensuring they strictly match shop drawings, technical specifications, and consultant requirements.
• Quantity Surveying: Conduct regular on-site quantity surveys and measurement verifications to review and approve subcontractor invoices.
• Coordination: Liaise constantly with the Technical Office to resolve any drawing discrepancies promptly and prevent site delays.
• HSE Compliance: Strictly enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and regulations on-site.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of solid, proven experience in site execution (Structural & Finishing works).

Technical Skills: Proficient in reading architectural and structural drawings, with strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership, firm personality, and excellent problem-solving skills to manage site challenges and communicate effectively with subcontractors and laborers.
