Site Engineer – Aluminium & Facade

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site activities related to aluminium and facade works. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for facade and aluminium installations
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedules
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are maintained
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Raise and follow up on RFIs, inspections, and material approvals
• Ensure proper handling and installation of facade systems (curtain wall, cladding, glazing, aluminium works)
• Enforce site safety regulations and ensure compliance with HSE standards
• Resolve technical issues and coordinate with design and engineering teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in facade and aluminium works
• Strong knowledge of facade systems (curtain wall, aluminium cladding, glazing systems)
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical documents
• Experience in UAE construction projects preferred
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
