Site Engineer – Aluminum & Facade Works

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical or relevant field)

Experience:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in aluminum and façade-related projects
• Proven experience in handling site execution for curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and aluminum systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all on-site activities related to aluminum and façade works
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule
• Coordinate with consultants, project managers, and main contractors for approvals and inspections
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are maintained
• Handle site measurements, material planning, and coordination with procurement team
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at site
• Attend site meetings and provide regular progress reports to management
• Resolve any technical or site-related issues efficiently
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

Requirements:

• Valid UAE 4-wheeler Driving License (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, façade installation techniques, and materials
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office, AutoCAD, and ERP systems
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in high-rise building façade works
• Knowledge of local authority regulations and approval procedures in UAE
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting system. Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications)

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
