The ideal candidate will manage daily site activities, ensure project quality, coordinate subcontractors, and deliver projects on time while maintaining high construction standards.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements

 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in villa construction, residential buildings, or luxury projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 UAE/GCC experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with local municipality approvals and regulations.
 </li>
