Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Title: Site EngineerJob Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with design specifications, and manage on-site execution. The role requires coordination with contractors, supervisors, architects, and project managers to ensure timely project completion within quality and safety standards. The candidate must be willing to travel and work at project sites anywhere in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Check materials and work quality to meet project requirements.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage manpower, resources, and equipment effectively.
• Resolve technical issues on-site and provide practical solutions.
• Oversee site inspections and ensure proper documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work anywhere in India.

Work Environment:

• Site-based role with extensive travel across India.
• Requires flexibility in working hours based on project needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,249.10 - ₹35,490.22 per month

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
