Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee day-to-day civil activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining quality and safety standards while ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil activities at the project site.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor and manage site labor, subcontractors, and material usage.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports.
• Coordinate with design and project management teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain strict quality control and implement safety measures on-site.
• Ensure compliance with site-specific regulatory and environmental norms.
• Support billing, documentation, and client coordination related to civil works.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in civil site execution, preferably in water treatment or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, drawings, and material specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and stay at project sites as per work requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
