Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Civil Engineer to oversee and manage civil works at our project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring quality control, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining project timelines in line with approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all civil works at the site to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure corrective actions where required.
• Verify material deliveries and ensure compliance with approved materials and BOQ.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and provide on-site engineering solutions.
• Ensure work is completed within budget, timeline, and quality requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Civil Engineer in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, materials, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
