Site Engineer (Civil)

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Civil Site Engineer to join Bhaggyam Constructions. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Assist in setting out, levelling, and surveying the site.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, labourers, and other team members.
• Maintain daily site reports, materials records, and labour data.
• Monitor the use of materials and control waste.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at the site.
• Assist in quality control checks and inspections.
• Liaise with the site/project manager for timely execution of tasks.

Requirements:

• Diploma/bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in construction site supervision (internship or project exposure is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction drawings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills(Tamil Mandatory)
• Willingness to work at project locations and in field conditions.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
