Job Description

• Responsible for Projects execution at the site and ensure completion of projects as per the specified quality, timeline and cost.
• Monitoring and scheduling of projects through different projects management techniques.
• Execution of the construction activities to ensure that the developments are in par with the approved drawings.
• Maintain day to day record of work progress at site and maintain all documents as required.
• Checking of Reinforcement, Shuttering, Column centering markings and Quality of concrete.
• Knowledge of layouts and ability to make BBS.
• Coordinate with Foremen’s and Supervisors to ensure that the raw materials are utilized properly with minimum wastage and also ensure that safety norms are maintained in the work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
