Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers with a minimum of 6 months site experience can apply)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of construction site activities and be willing to learn and take on responsibilities at various project sites within the city.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work progress as per schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, and project engineers.
• Maintain daily work reports and site documentation.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Assist in material planning and site measurements.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 0–1 year of site experience (minimum 6 months preferred).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to various sites within Chennai.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
