Site Engineer (Civil)

• Project Oversight: Manage and supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Technical Support: Provide technical advice and solve problems on-site, ensuring engineering principles are applied effectively.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, materials used, and labor hours.
• Collaboration: Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure smooth communication and project coordination.
• Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce safety practices on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control procedures to ensure all work meets established standards and specifications.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare progress reports for project managers, highlighting any issues and proposed solutions.
• Resource Management: Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to meet project timelines.
