Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to manage and execute construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.
• Ensure that work is carried out as per design, specifications, and drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other site personnel.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Oversee quality control, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
• Verify the alignment, elevation, and position of structures.
• Manage and review construction materials, resources, and labor.
• Assist in project planning and scheduling.
• Handle site documentation and maintain records of site activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in site execution or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in MSB - residential/commercial projects.
• Knowledge of local construction codes and standards.
• Certification in Project Management or Health & Safety is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
