Site Engineer (Civil)

We are hiring a Civil Engineer with 2–5 years of site experience at our Landra-Kharar highway location. The role includes supervising construction work, managing labor, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with contractors. Immediate joiner required. Candidate must be willing to travel between multiple project sites and handle site operations independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, supervise, and execute construction activities at the site.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and on-site workforce to achieve project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain daily progress reports.
• Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and cost monitoring for site works.
• Handle documentation including measurements, BOQs, and site correspondence.
• Resolve technical issues and report to Project Manager regularly.

Required Skills & Qualification:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of building construction, concreting, finishing, structure & layout work.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural & structural drawings.
• Good communication & site coordination skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (preferred).
• Must be responsible, disciplined, and able to manage labor and site independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
