Site Engineer (Civil)

We are looking for a Site Engineer with a degree in Civil Engineering and experience in high-rise buildings and villa projects.

Antartis Developers Private Limited is a leading Builders company known for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of our on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site structural works related to villa construction
• ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Read and interpret structural drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and construction details.
• Ensure proper layout, setting out, and levelling as per the approved plans.
• Coordinate closely with civil subcontractors, steel fixers, masons, and concrete suppliers to ensure timely progress.
• Monitor the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete pouring to ensure correct sequencing and quality.
• Perform quality control checks and ensure that structural work meets design intent and quality standards.
• Maintain daily site records, progress reports, material tracking, and inspection logs.
• Assist in scheduling and planning activities to meet deadlines without compromising on safety or quality
• Attend site meetings and provide updates to senior engineers and project managers.
• Coordinate with MEP and finishing teams to ensure no conflict in overlapping scopes.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety practices
