Site Engineer (Civil)

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team of technical experts. As a Civil Engineer at CENTRiiK, you will play a crucial role in assessing and evaluating civil engineering aspects of intellectual property, particularly related to inventions, designs, and innovations within the construction and infrastructure sectors.

#Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed technical analysis and evaluation of civil engineering inventions and designs.
• Collaborate with patent attorneys and technical experts to draft patent specifications and claims related to civil engineering innovations.
• Perform patent searches and prior art analyses to assess patentability and infringement risks in civil engineering domains.
• Provide expert opinions and technical insights during patent litigation and dispute resolution processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in civil engineering technologies to enhance IP strategies and client advisory services.

#Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in civil engineering design, Auto CAD, construction, or project management.
• Familiarity with patent law and intellectual property concepts is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
