Site Location:- Rajahmundry

Salary :- 25k to 35k

Experience Technical Skills:

Site supervision and construction management.

Structural inspection and quality assurance.

Estimation, costing, and quantity calculation.

Knowledge of concrete works, steel structures, masonry, and civil finishing works.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and project managers.

Problem-solving and quick decision-making at the site.

Leadership and team management for site staff.

Time management and adherence to project schedules.

Safety Awareness:

Knowledge of site safety protocols.

Ensuring compliance with PPE usage, scaffolding safety, and plant safety standards. Technical Knowledge:

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and practices for industrial facilities (foundations, structures, sheds, tanks, pipelines, etc.).

Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, GA drawings, structural drawings, and P&ID.

Understanding of soil investigation reports and foundation design requirements.

Familiarity with construction standards, codes (IS, ASTM, BS), and safety regulations. Software Skills:

AutoCAD (or other structural analysis software).

MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
