Site Engineer (Civil)

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Site Engineer to join our dynamic team and help us turn our clients’ dream homes into reality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities.
• Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations on-site.
• Manage and supervise site labor, ensuring productivity and resolving technical issues.
• Track material requirements and usage, ensuring timely procurement and delivery.
• Attend site meetings and update management on project progress and challenges.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in residential or luxury construction projects (turnkey experience preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulatory standards in Bangalore.
• Two-Wheeler is Needed for Commutation Within the Bangalore Sites.

Compensation:

₹ 15,000 – ₹ 25,000 per month (based on experience) + site allowances
