Site Engineer (Civil)

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and supervise construction activities on-site as per project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor for daily work activities.
• Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship in all site activities.
• Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings, and ensure accurate execution.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental protocols on-site.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and purchase team for material requirements and timely delivery.
• Conduct site measurements and maintain accurate records for billing and progress tracking.
• Assist in resolving any technical issues on-site.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and local authorities when required.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, site management, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and site reporting tools.
• Good team management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle site independently with multiple contractors.
• Knowledge of quality and safety standards in construction.

Qualifications:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 5–6 years of site execution experience in residential / commercial / villa projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
