Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute day-to-day site activities for residential construction projects.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors.
• Prepare and follow daily and weekly site schedules.
• Monitor labor productivity and subcontractor performance.
• Check material quality, quantity, and timely availability at site.
• Maintain site records including DPR, measurements, and progress reports.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance at the construction site.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and report to the project manager.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and interior execution.
• Ability to read and interpret civil and interior drawings.
• Basic knowledge of BOQ, measurements, and billing.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with quality control and safety practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
