Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Description:

The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and managing on-site construction activities to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and as per design specifications and timelines. This role requires strong technical knowledge, coordination skills, and on-site problem-solving ability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other engineering teams.
• Monitor material usage, quality, and progress of work.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and maintain documentation.
• Identify and resolve any technical issues on-site.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction site supervision or project execution.
• Sound knowledge of civil engineering drawings, BOQ, and construction materials.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / AutoCAD (added advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
