Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Site Engineer to manage day-to-day site activities, ensure quality execution of work, coordinate with contractors, and maintain project timelines. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and hands-on experience in site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute site work as per drawings, specifications, and standards
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, and suppliers
• Maintain material records and ensure proper usage on site
• Prepare daily site reports, measurements, and documentation
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed
• Assist in planning, layout, and technical guidance at site
• Resolve technical issues and escalate when required
• Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with project requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E / Civil Engineering (or relevant field)
• 1–3 years of experience in site execution
• Strong knowledge in construction processes, materials, and drawings
• Ability to handle labour and manage multiple site tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
