Site Engineer (Civil)

Position Overview:
The Site Engineer (Civil) is responsible for supervising daily construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications. The role involves coordinating with contractors, monitoring progress, and supporting the project team to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise civil works and ensure compliance with drawings and standards.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve technical issues on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team.
• Maintain site records, prepare progress reports, and update documentation.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0-3 years of relevant site experience.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and QA/QC practices.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
