Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer (Civil) responsible for site execution, supervision, quality control, and coordination to ensure construction work is completed as per drawings, specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site execution activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site supervisors.
• Ensure work is carried out as per quality standards and safety norms.
• Monitor material usage, workmanship, and site productivity.
• Conduct site measurements and assist in quantity verification.
• Coordinate with the project manager / senior engineer for daily progress updates.
• Maintain site records, daily work reports, and progress documentation.
• Identify and report site issues, delays, or technical challenges.
• Support inspections and approvals from consultants or clients.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the site.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
• Good knowledge of civil construction works (RCC, finishing, masonry, etc.).
• Ability to read and understand drawings and BOQs.
• Willingness to work at project sites.
• Basic knowledge of safety practices at construction sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
