Site Engineer (Civil)

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Civil with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in site development, plot marking, and execution of structural works. The candidate must be capable of supervising works related to ETP, STP, water tanks, RCC structures, and concrete works strictly as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise site development activities, including levelling, road works, drainage, and internal infrastructure.
• Carry out plot marking, layout demarcation, and site measurements as per approved layout drawings.
• Supervise RCC and structural works, including:
• ETP & STP structures
• Underground & overhead water tanks
• Foundations, footings, columns, beams, slabs
• Concrete and finishing works
• Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with contractors, surveyors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth site execution.
• Monitor quality control, including material testing, workmanship, and safety compliance.
• Plan daily work activities and ensure timely completion as per project schedule.
• Check and verify measurements, quantities, and bills of contractors.
• Maintain site records, drawings, DPRs, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms and site discipline.
• Report regularly to the Project Manager / Senior Engineer on progress and issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in site execution and supervision.
• Strong knowledge of RCC construction, concrete works, and site development.
• Experience in ETP, STP, and water tank construction is mandatory.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and execution drawings.
• Familiarity with survey instruments, plot marking, and layout works.
• Knowledge of construction standards, quality control, and safety practices.
• Good coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
• Willing to work full-time at the project site.

• Experience in real estate / plotting / infrastructure projects.
• Ability to handle multiple contractors and site teams.
• Practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
