Role Summary:

We are seeking a Site Engineer with an architectural background to manage and oversee our new office construction project in Shamshabad. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD, skilled in reading and interpreting working drawings, and capable of coordinating site activities to ensure timely and quality execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Coordination

• Supervise on-site construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards at the Shamshabad site.
• Coordinate effectively with architects, contractors, and project managers for smooth execution.

Technical & Quality Support

• Read, interpret, and verify working drawings and layouts.
• Review and modify drawings using AutoCAD as required.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with brand standards.

Material & Logistics

• Track material usage and maintain inventory at the site.
• Report any shortages or delays to the procurement and management teams.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily site logs, reports, and updates.
• Share progress reports with the Project Head and Management team.

Candidate Profile:

Qualification:

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture (mandatory)

Experience:

• 1–5 years of site supervision/execution experience, preferably in interiors, architecture, or civil projects

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting working drawings
• Effective communication and team coordination skills
• Ability to manage timelines, site challenges, and multiple tasks

Languages:

• Telugu, Hindi, and English (mandatory)

Additional Requirements:

• Valid two-wheeler license for site visits
• Willingness to travel within Hyderabad as required

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and skillset)

• We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee installation and execution activities at project sites. The candidate should be proficient in Hindi for effective coordination with site teams.

Working hours are site-dependent, generally starting around 9:00 AM, with flexibility based on project requirements. The role requires hands-on experience in site supervision, manpower management, site measurements, quantity take-offs, and area calculations, along with the ability to interpret drawings and execute work as per specifications.
