Position: Site Engineer

Job description

Employee will be required to oversee the project sites and supervise the team including ordering materials, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new team members.

Job Responsibilities:

● Supervising and instructing the project team as well as subcontractors.

● Inspecting project sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential risks.

● Educating site workers on safety regulations and accident protocol.

● Maintaining an accurate record of site employees attendance.

● Evaluating the performance of site employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.

● Analyzing blueprints to ensure that projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.

● Recommending changes to project operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

● Material and machine management on site
