Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer – Civil to manage and supervise civil works at project sites. The role involves execution, quality control, coordination with contractors, and ensuring work is completed as per drawings and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site
• Execute works as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at site
• Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and site documentation
• Verify measurements and assist in billing and quantity estimation
• Handle client and consultant coordination

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving ability at site

Qualification

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience

• 1 to 5 years experience as a Civil Site Engineer
• Experience in solar plants, substations, industrial or infrastructure projects preferred

Salary

• As per industry standards, based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
