Site Engineer (Civil)

Company: FlexBuild Experience: 1–2 Years (Preferred) Location: Project Sites ( RR Nagar Office) Job Description: FlexBuild is looking for a motivated Diploma Civil Site Engineer to handle site execution and coordination activities. The candidate should be eager to learn and gain exposure in construction, interior works, fabrication, and basic architectural coordination. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute site work as per drawings and specifications Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams Monitor daily site progress and quality of work Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule Assist in interior and fabrication-related site works Report site status and resolve technical issues Requirements: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering 1–2 years of site experience preferred Two-wheeler compulsory for site travel Willingness to learn construction, interior, fabrication, and basic architectural works Good communication and coordination skills Benefits & Compensation: Travel allowance provided Project completion bonus for multiple or large project completions Opportunity to learn multi-disciplinary construction practices Growth-oriented work environment at FlexBuild
